Raf Simons will make his NYFW debut. The Belgian designer, who has traditionally shown in Paris, will present his eponymous menswear collection at New York Fashion Week: Men’s. The Fall 2017 season will mark two firsts for Simons, who will also show his inaugural Calvin Klein collection as creative director in February.

“Raf is one of the most influential designers on the international fashion stage. His creativity and energy are a welcome addition as we continue to grow this important platform for American menswear,” said Stephen Kolb, president of the CFDA, said in a statement.

Simons established his namesake menswear brand in 1995, and added womenswear to his repertoire in 2005 during his tenure as the creative director of Jil Sander. He continued to build his rep as creative director of Dior, a position he held from 2012 to 2015. Simons was announced as chief creative director of Calvin Klein in August 2016.
