Last night the Duchess of Cambridge attended the National Portrait Gallery portrait gala in Central London. The event takes place annually and Kate attends every year, being that she is the museum's patron. For the occasion, the duchess wore a black, floor-length Alexander McQueen gown with a floral print. She wore her hair down and carried a black satin clutch bag. The dress was very similar, if not the same gown, that she wore to the Baftas in 2017, the only difference was that this version had her shoulders covered, whereas it was previously strapless.
