Designer of the year, Pierpaolo Piccioli did not disappoint with his couture collection for Valentino Spring 2019. His signature oversized gown silhouettes filled the runway and his vibrant colour palette held the audience's gaze hostage as models walk down the runway. A showstopping fluorescent green sequined gown on Kaia Gerber was definitely a major highlight of not just Valentino's collection, but Paris Couture Week overall. Legend, Naomi Campbell closed his show in a sheer black gown that walks the fine line between understatement and being flashy.
