It'd be hard to keep your hands to yourself if you saw the bespoke costumes Swarovski created for Selena Gomez for her 'Revival' tour. Swarovski collaborated with emerging New York-based label Monse and Christian Classen, Selena’s Fashion Director for the tour, to create the extraordinary designs.

Emerging New York-based label Monse created two bodysuits embellished with stunningSwarovski crystals, one in black with Jet crystal and in one nude with clear crystal, which Selena will wear on alternating nights for the opening act of her show. The CFDA/Swarovski Award nominees used an astounding 96,480 individual crystals for each of the designs.

Fernando Garcia of Monse commented: “Selena Gomez believed in the look of our brand from day one. It has been very exciting to collaborate and come up with the most modern approach to a performance outfit that we could all envision. To elevate the level of impact, we partnered with Swarovski to bring Selena's look to a whole new level.”

Since Monse's debut last September, Selena Gomez has worn the brand's menswear-inspired pieces at Paris Fashion Week and at Billboard's Women In Music event. Monse is nominated for the 2016 Council of Fashion Designers of America Swarovski Award for Womenswear, and Swarovski has worked with the label on a special design project that will debut on May 18 2016.

Nadja Swarovski, Member of the Swarovski Executive Board commented: “Working with inspirational talents in entertainment and in fashion is in the DNA of Swarovski. It has been a pleasure to collaborate with cutting-edge New York label Monse on these beautiful crystal-embellished costumes for Selena Gomez, who is such an exciting young star.”

The 43-stop Revival tour will continue in the US and Canada from May to July and travel to Asia in August.
