What was your childhood dream?
“I’ve always wanted to be a fashion designer since I was a little kid. It grew bigger because of the Tumblr era, and also through reading fashion magazines, which my mother and my elder sister owned.”
Tell us about your style journey.
“My style is a mix of feminine and masculine. It started when I studied fashion in college; trying this and that along the way. At the end of the day, what resonated with me the most was ‘less is more’ and ‘to look effortless actually takes a lot of effort’.”
You’ve been a content creator for a decade. What are your biggest takeaways or areas for growth?
“I’ve always had the mindset of “the grass always greener on the other side.” So, I always try to focus on myself, be consistent on what I’m doing rather than comparing myself with others. I think that’s what really shapes the way I dress or the way I act in general—to always be true to myself.
In the next five years, I hope to continue improving on creating content, while still being relatable to my audiences, and always adapting to situations that come up.”

With technology all around, what do you do when you need to tune out?
“It’s very important to put my phone away once in a while since my work requires a lot of screen time. I reconnect with reality either by working out or playing tennis—to just focus on my body.”
Favourite designer, and why?
“I’m currently obsessed with anything Matthieu Blazy creates at Chanel. I mean, who isn’t? But I’ve always been a fan of his work since his time with Phoebe Philo at Celine. I’ve also always adored Miuccia Prada; the way she dresses, and the way she creates fashion on her own terms.”
