Chanel has tapped musician and producer Pharrell Williams to design a new capsule collection for its Spring-Summer 2019 season. Williams recently gave a sneak peek of the upcoming collection at Chanel's Cruise 2018/19 Replica Show in Bangkok, sporting a standout yellow hoodie embroidered with sparkly CC and Coco logos.

A longtime collaborator of Chanel, Williams has fronted the house's campaigns, customized a pair of sneakers for the Chanel at colette pop-up and walked the runway for the Métiers d’art collection Paris Cosmopolite 2016/17 show. He has also supported Karl Lagerfeld's directorial pursuits, having appeared in Lagerfeld's short film for Chanel in 2014, Reincarnation, for which he composed an original soundtrack.
