The Making Of Bottega Veneta: Art Of Collaboration

An inside look at the creative process behind the fantastic new tome featuring hundreds of original fashion images

Bottega Veneta Art of Collaboration

Since taking over the reins of famed Italian leatherworking house Bottega Veneta in 2001, creative director Tomas Maier has been deeply involved in pushing the venerable fashion brand to collaborate with the world's best photographers and contemporary artists for their campaigns. The result? Bottega Veneta: Art of Collaboration—a tome featuring over a hundred original fashion images spanning 2002 to 2016. With bold-faced names such as Lord Snowdon, Annie Leibovitz, Peter Lindbergh, Steven Meisel, Nan Goldin, and Nick Knight, among others, in the roster, the book illustrates how each artist has interpreted the house’s modernist aesthetic and material elegance. Here, we bring you an inside look at the making of the book:

Tomas Maier's Bottega Veneta: Art of Collaboration is now available at #B1-99, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
