The seemingly endless parade of Fashion Weeks is finally over—at least this year. While designers are hard at work preparing new collections for 2016, Google has released its annual lists of “trending” topics—searches that saw a spike this year compared to 2014. And the list of top fashion designers might surprise you.
Raf Simons’ rise to the top may have been because of the news; he decided to leave his post as creative director at Christian Dior back in October. The rest is a combination of high-fashion stars and mass-market favorites, from Giambattista Valli to Tommy Hilfiger.
