When we first saw the granny chic glasses in all its glory on the Gucci fall/winter 2015 runway, we couldn't have imagined the kind of impact that it would have on our sartorial choices in the near future. Since then, countless stars (of the Hollywood set and street style cliques) have jumped onto the trend enthusiastically, choosing to sport theirs for a night out on the town a là Penelope Cruz, with a grown-up school girl look like Gigi Hadid, or simply giving it the right dose of cool by pairing it with a suede bomber jacket and stylishly ripped jeans (see Emily Ratajkowski's take on this). So whether your vision's 20/20 or if you really do need those glasses, throwing on a pair of these have never been a better style statement. Who says four eyes is not better than two?
