Up is down, work is home, home is work; sweatpants are worn to meetings, workouts, and bed. And though no one can make sense of it all for us, Tory Burch is here to help with that last part. The designer took an inspired approach to spring with a capsule collection that melds her Tory Sport line with her main line. Think: tracksuits with Fair Isle sweaters, coloUr-block fleeces with caftans, trousers with puffer vests, and an overall intermingling between tech fabrics and artisanal details. It’s a more focused, creative approach to how we’ve all been dressing, mixing daywear, pj’s, and workout gear with loungewear.

“This collection was created to bring a sense of joy and optimism for the New Year,” the designer tells BAZAAR.com. “I have always been interested in mixing pieces from our Tory Burch and Tory Sport collections—wearing a tracksuit with a beautiful cashmere or hand-knit sweater, or a fleece over an easy dress. Women want to dress in ways that are effortless and chic and want pieces that are exquisitely made and can be dressed up or feel casual, worn outdoors, or to an intimate dinner.”
Pass the ’70s-printed maxi skirt and track jacket, we’re going on a stylish hike.
