Who doesn’t love UNIQLO? It’s a go-to brand for many: be it for high-quality basics that withstand dozens of wash cycles, or well-tailored work-wear in soft, comfortable fabrics. So when the Japanese powerhouse announced yet another collaboration with London-based brand JW ANDERSON, we got, well, a little excited. Spring/Summer 19 is the third season the two brands are coming together to create a collection, and this time it’s all about British classics – reimagined for today.

JW ANDERSON’s creative director Jonathon Anderson says, “I always find it super interesting how two brands with very different backgrounds can come together to create an exciting collection.” And it is an exciting collection, indeed. Think tan trench coats and ruffled, paisley printed dresses accenting a collection of timeless essentials like flared shorts and denim, mandarin collared blouses and a particularly trendy cropped hoodie – it’s a mix-&-matcher’s heaven.

For men, things take a turn for the nautical, with stripes of every colour covering sweatshirts, button-ups, and socks alike. Then there are the reversible blouson jackets and hooded coats, utterly stylish both inside and out, that boast the practical functionality UNIQLO is known for.
