Since coming to town in 2010, the Affordable Art Fair Singapore has burgeoned into a well-known hunting ground and springboard for art buyers and bright, budding artists respectively. AAF allows anyone to hone their artful eye and become a collector, what with 75 per cent of works priced under SGD7,500, and new additions to the fair include a #Spotlight showcase of artists who have never shown at the fair before, a new Creative Hub, and a virtual reality experience to raise funds for charity.
The three-day extravaganza starting 17 November will be held at the F1 Pit Building with over 70 galleries and works by 500 established and emerging artists on display. And be sure to visit the Harper’s BAZAAR booth on level two—we have works by our young BAZAAR Art Prize winners on show. If you’re coming with kids, head on up to the Children’s Studio for some fun, art-filled activities (and BAZAAR Junior magazines) as well.
Plus, there are dozens of highly Instagram-worthy spots to fill your feeds with. Scroll through our gallery above to see some of the kaleidoscopic nooks we captured.
