While we still saw a couple of bumbags around, like the larger ones at Bottega Veneta, it is safe to say that they are gradually taking a step down to allow other bag styles to shine. We loved that there’s an increased sighting of classic-styled bags in the Cruise 2019 collections—from Louis Vuitton’s monogram ones, to leather top handle everyday bags at Valentino, to fuss-free pieces at Chloé. Of course, we can’t do without some cute and quirky bags to add a fun touch to our daily ensembles. Our favourite? Circus-inspired bags from Moschino, and definitely the adorable cat bags at Louis Vuitton in collaboration with Grace Coddington.
