All The Looks From Dior Men Fall 2022

Dedicated to the life and literature of Jack Kerouac, author and pioneer of the Beat Generation.

Dior Men Fall 2022

Kim Jones presented the Dior Men Fall 2022 show at the Kensington Olympia in London—the first time since 2003 that he staged a show in his home country. Inspired by author Jack Kerouac, Jones sent models down a gigantic (almost 37m) scroll of the writer's 1957 novel On The Road, widely agreed to be the defining work of the Beat Generation.

On the XXL-sized version reinterpreting the legendary manuscript, models wore looks that balanced the excellence of the atelier with the spirit of freedom, imbued with the laidback appeal of American sportswear. From bias-cut tweed jackets and Fair Isle knits embroidered with sequins, to illustrations from the first-edition book jackets of Kerouac's works hand-painted and printed onto silk and leather, this collection "translates literature through the language of couture."
