The duo—who attended at the music festival Bonnaroo to emcee—made a local restaurant server's day when Hamm gave her his VIP wristband to the festival, and Galifianakis gave her a 250% tip. The two were headed out of town, but Bonnaroo was still going strong, and Hamm apparently thought someone should enjoy it. "Take this wristband and go to Bonnaroo. This will get you anywhere you need to go," he reportedly told her, according to the server's memory. Naturally, she did.

The actor and humanitarian has given another voice to animal rights with his letter to Costco CEO Craig Jelinek, calling for reform in animal treatment in the food industry—specifically, how Costco harvests their eggs. "I am writing today about the recent undercover investigation conducted by my friends at The Humane Society of the United States at a Costco egg supplier. Video footage revealed abhorrent cruelty including rows upon rows of birds confined in filth-laden cages with the mummified corpses of their cage-mates—eating, sleeping, defecating, and laying eggs on top of dead birds—and hens' wings, legs, and necks trapped in the corroded wires of their battery cages," he wrote. "So many corporations are meeting public demand for more humane products and transparency in the food chain. I sincerely hope that Costco will set plans now to go completely cage-free for its eggs." While filming his latest movie, the actor stopped by Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge for a special visit. "Sister Helen Prejean called me and convinced me that this guy, Richard Glossip, was innocent and needed another chance to have better representation to present new information that would establish a reasonable doubt as to his guilt and save him from being executed," Sarandon told People. She's currently petitioning the release (along with thousands of others) for Glossip and review of the case.

A young Wolverine fan got a truly special day when he met his ultimate icon. Domenic, 9, is an Australian boy suffering from cystic fibrosis. The Make a Wish Foundation granted him a wish to join a radio show—Kyle and Jackie—to chat about his favorite star: Hugh Jackman. When they announced that Jackman would be calling in to talk with him, Domenic perked up. Little did he know, Jackman was actually in the studio chatting—before dropping in and surprising Domenic.

Blake Shelton reportedly rescued four men—Bryar and Lenyell Blanton, Adrian Poplin and Josh Turner—from a dangerous mudslide near the Washita River in Ardmore, Oklahoma. "Me and my buddies were checking out the river, when some of my buddies [accidentally] slid into a big mud hold and got stuck for about two hours," Bryar told Entertainment Tonight. The fan got her wish, and Jorja met Taylor on November 28. Chris Hemsworth—who's best known for playing comic book legend, Thor—has now cemented his status as superhero IRL. The actor surprised his parents by loading up their bank accounts and paying off their debts—as Hemsworth's little brother, Liam, revealed in a recent interview with the Independent. "[My father] called my brother Chris back and said, 'I don't know how to feel. Swift's donation will be used to fund two of the orchestra's programs: Link Up, which sends artists into primary schools for a week at a time to teach music, and its musicians' pension fund. For the third year in a row, Jennifer Lawrence visited a children's hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky on Christmas Eve to spread some joy to little ones while home for the holidays. At Kosair Children's Hospital, the actress posed for photos and chatted with the kids. One mother told Entertainment Tonight that the visit was a popular one. "She was very sweet, genuine, and I could sense the beauty of her soul," she explained. "You know how some people just light up the room, or you just feel comfortable in their presence."

The singer responded to an 8-year-old burn victim's wish of getting a ton of Christmas cards by sending her just that—plus a care package, of course. The package, which included a hoodie with ears, a backpack, a DVD of Perry's Prismatic tour, a DVD of her film Part of Me, an iPhone 6 case and a black kitty cat purse—also had a handwritten note from Perry herself. "Safyre, I heard about your Christmas wish and and am so honored that you saved the top of the tree for me!" the card read. "I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a great New Year. I'll be thinking of you on Christmas Day. Special girl."

Talk about a serious donation to a great cause. Isla Fisher and her husband, Sacha Baron Cohen, donated $1 million to help the Syrian refugee crisis. Half of the donation will go to Save the Children to help with children's vaccinations, while the other half will go to International Rescue Committee to help refugees, particularly women and children, with education, shelter, and other necessities. I'm excited to announce we will be establishing the Jennifer Lawrence Foundation Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Kosair Children's Hospital," J-Law says in a new YouTube video. "As part of my effort to help these children and caregivers, I challenge the entire community to get behind this cause and help match my gift by raising an additional $2 million to support all of these brave and inspiring children." Funds will support the creation of the hospital's new wing which will "feature private rooms dedicated to children recovering from heart procedures, open heart surgery including heart transplant, heart failure and other conditions requiring intensive care." Taylor Swift donated $1 million to the Louisiana flood relief, after a massive flood has devastated the state and taken 11 lives. "We began The 1989 World Tour in Louisiana, and the wonderful fans there made us feel completely at home. The fact that so many people in Louisiana have been forced out of their own homes this week is heartbreaking," the 26-year-old said in a statement to the Associated Press. "I encourage those who can to help out and send your love and prayers their way during this devastating time." Doing good, Tay.

But then she went above and beyond—and King decided to reveal this in a new Instagram post. Talking about her son's condition, the actress shared that Swift had donated in Leo Thames' name a (what we can guess is a large) tribute gift to support the team at Cedars-Sinai who helped him, ensuring they can continue to do that work. This is an emotional one: Katy Perry surprised Tony Marrero, a survivor of the Orlando nightclub shooting, by personally paying for his first year of film school. Marrero appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and explained that Perry's song "Rise" helped him through his recovery process. A visibly-moved Perry surprised Marrero live on the show with tears in her eyes. "I heard that you're creative just like me and you have dreams," Perry told Marrero. Cyrus and Hemsworth were spotted in numerous social media posts from their surprise visit as they posed for selfies and spent time with patients, E reports. The trip was on behalf of Cyrus' non-profit organisation, The Happy Hippie Foundation. Following Gomez's impassioned speech on her personal health struggles at the American Music Awards last year, the singer is making yet another statement to further awareness of the autoimmune disease lupus. People reports that Gomez has made a donation to USC's Keck School of Medicine, as a part of the launch of her Selena Gomez Fund for Lupus Research. Her battle with lupus has been ongoing since she first took a career hiatus in 2015, and with this donation she hopes that will help lead the fight for a cure. Just imagine going to school on a Chrissy Teigen scholarship. NBC News reports that Mercedes Edney of Charlotte, North Carolina started an online fundraiser last month to raise $5,995 for aesthetician school; by Friday, she'd raised $300, when Teigen stepped in and paid off the rest. Royal-of-the-moment Prince Harry took some time out of his busy schedule to reconnect with two very special children in need. E! News reports that the Prince went to visit Ollie Carroll, and his sister Amelia, who both suffer from Batten disease. The extremely rare condition is a genetic childhood nervous system disorder, that eventually takes hold of your basic human functions, like walking, seeing, and breathing. Those who suffer typically do not live past the age of 12. Prince Harry met Ollie last year after he won the Most Inspirational Child Award at the Wellchild Awards in October, and came back to check up on both kids. The family wrote in a Facebook post, "For an hour Prince Harry sat with us talking and playing with our children, laughing and making memories. Adele - in the most humble and discrete way - brought cakes for the firefighters at Chelsea Fire Station in London. Ben Kling, the station manager, said, "We opened the door to her and she took her sunglasses off and said, 'Hi, I'm Adele.'" She simply wanted to have "tea and a cuddle" and to thank the firefighters for their bravery during the Grenfell Tower disaster. So freaking sweet.

You'd think Jay Z would spend this Father's Day just reveling in the birth of his twins, but nope. He donated to both Color of Chang and Southerners On New Ground, organisations that raise money to bail out incarcerated dads every Father's Day. The singer and actress is an outspoken advocate for mental health awareness, and has now taken it a step further—she's partnered up with five mental health organizations for a campaign called "Be Vocal: Speak Up for Mental Health" which encourages others to talk about mental health in a bigger way. "I'm living well with my mental illness – I am actually functioning like a very happy person would," Lovato told People. "I couldn't be happier today. Life is really, really great. I have a brand-new puppy and I'm able to not only take care of myself but take care of him as well. I'm living my dream. Life is pretty amazing."

Miley has a million tricks up her sleeve. Her latest one? Gathering public attention before turning the conversation to her newest philanthropic effort—the Happy Hippie Foundation, a program she founded to help homeless and LGBT youth by providing digital support groups. Ryan Reynolds recently brushed up on his CPR skills, and wants you to do the same. Posting the moment on Instagram, the actor shared that those skills helped him save a life. "Years ago, I took a CPR course through the Red Cross. And holy shit, I ended up saving my newphew's life because I knew what to do! True story!" *Signs up for a CPR course immediately*
