Punk glamour rules for CELINE‘s BOY DOLL. In a Hedi Slimane-shot film set against the backdrop of L’Olympia—the oldest music hall in Paris, which opened in 1893 and served as an opulent space for opera, ballet and music performances—models capture five cornerstones of the brand’s aesthetic: “Cold Tailoring,” “Glam Punk,” “Berlin Wave,” “Emo Boy,” and “E-Boy Skater.”
The fall/winter 2022 menswear lineup sees the perfect combination of sleek tailoring and bedazzled pieces that showcase a genderless, contemporary aesthetic. Boxy jackets, slim-fit pants and even miniskirts are contrasted with baggy denim, sparkling bead-fringed sweaters and sweatpants. Shimmers are aplenty—seen on a red suit ensemble, a trench coat, a sheer white tee worn beneath a luscious leopard print coat, and Cruiser boots, among others.
Elsewhere, American artist Banks Violette‘s artworks are featured on an oversized leather teddy jacket, cropped white tank tops, and a leather biker jacket with a white horse on the back.
