Audrey Tatou, Gao Yuan Yuan & More Toast Chaumet In Beijing
The Parisian jeweller also launched Lumières Célestes, its latest collection that was inspired by China's rich history
French jewellery maison Chaumet held a party at the Rosewood Hotel in Beijing recently to introduce its rich culture and their unparalleled craftsmanship of more than two centuries to China's elite. Celebrities such as Kirsten Dunst, Audrey Tautou, Gao Yuanyuan, Lay Zhang, Cherie Chung and Jun Hasegawa were also present to toast the Parisian jeweller's launch of its latest collection, Lumières Célestes, which paid tribute to the rich culture of China. Working with yellow diamonds and pearls as its main precious stones, the Lumières Célestes collection was a resplendent masterpiece that melded East and West.
In addition to presenting its new collection, the maison also set up a one-of-a-kind workshop, where guests could explore the work and craftsmanship behind each Chaumet jewel. They were also privy to the maison's art of tiara making process, from drawing to gem-setting.
