The Lady Dior Bag is as pretty as it is iconic—and although the House of Dior has had its hand at reinterpreting it in innovative iterations over the years, the brand has recently handed the job off to some modern American and British artists. The #DiorLadyArt project began with a one-off bag designed by Marc Quinn for the opening of the Dior boutique in London and has now grown to six more famed names including Daniel Gordon and Jason Martin. Each artist was given carte blanche to utilize their signature techniques to put their own spin on Lady Dior. See the 7 artists’ designs below before they go on sale in the Miami boutique, in a Los Angeles pop-up store, then in Korea, in London, China, Dubai and Paris.
