The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands teams up with Louis Vuitton for an exclusive lunch with the celebrity chef.
It’s hard to resist an invitation to a dining experience with the master chef himself, Gordon Ramsay, at his Singapore outpost, Bread Street Kitchen. The exclusive lunch was attended by Harper’s BAZAAR and selected guests, in conjunction with The Shoppes’ Moments and Masterpieces series and Louis Vuitton shopping experience. The sit-down event started with a choice of Seared Scallops, Roasted Veal Carpaccio or a fresh salad of Watermelon, Avocado, Feta Cheese with balsamic dressing. The delectable spread then followed by dishes such as Roasted Halibut, Braised Leek, Lala clams with champagne veloute and spinach fettucine, semi-dried tomatoes with stilton blue cheese. The Main’s highlight, Beef Fillet Wellington with red wine jus, was an off-the-menu dish that Mr Ramsay specially prepared for the special event. The desserts went the gamut of Hazelnut Gianduja Chocolate Tart, Monkey Shoulder Cranachan Cheesecake and Pineapple Carpaccio. The feast was concluded with a shopping tour and treatment through Louis Vuitton Island Maison at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. What a treat!
