Even though it's always hot in Singapore, summer is finally here, and many of us are turning to bright, saturated fun colours in anticipation of the tropical holidays we'll be venturing on soon. The simplest of makeup looks can be easily transformed with a graphic lip. And swiping on a bright colour is the quickest (and cheapest) way to embody the Spring/Summer 2023 trend.
