Guests checked into Hotel Vivier, a cocktail party and private dinner hosted by Gherardo Felloni, Creative Director of Roger Vivier, for the unveiling of the latest spring/summer 2019 collection. Held at China Tang in Hong Kong, the event allowed guests to get up close to the latest styles, like the new Viv Run sneakers with crystal encrusted buckles. Four rooms were decorated in a gorgeous Oriental theme: One room had two opera singers belting out love songs while another was festooned with spring flowers. The third featured a calligraphy table and the last was an ode to Wong Karwai’s In The Mood For Love with model Angie Ng reenacting the infamous bedroom scene. “Hotel Vivier is a place like no other, where women reveal all the richness, complexity, beauty and intensity of their personalities,” said Felloni, describing a concept he started in Paris. “Just as I went on a journey of discovery over the years to capture their many facets, my guests will make their own discoveries at every turn and inside every room, meeting the characters who inspire me every day.”
