In collaboration with SingapoRediscovers—an initiative by Singapore Tourism BoardApple Singapore will be hosting a series of photo walks to explore the rich history and architectural details of Emerald Hill, the iconic cityscape of Marina Bay as well as the magic of Jewel Changi Airport through the lens of iPhone.

Each Apple photo walk was specially designed to showcase the beauty of the island’s enigmatic landmarks as well as to show iPhone users how to take advantage of the latest iPhone’s photo capturing capabilities—Night mode, Macro mode, Wide Angle and so on. Read on to find out more about each of Apple’s photo walk locations.

At this photo walk, participants get to discover the rich and architectural details of Emerald Hill. Here, you’ll discover the various ways to tell dynamic, visual stories on the iPhone using composition, colour textures and shapes. Members of the Apple creative team will join in the walk, and will be available to answer any questions. While you’re strongly encouraged to bring your own iPhones, the latest versions will be provided for use during the duration of the walk. The walk is about 1km-long and will last for about 1.5 hours.

Here, participants will learn how to take stunning, cinematic low-light photographs using Night mode, and more on the iPhone. Apple’s creative team will show you how to adjust exposure, balance foreground and background as well as how to set up your best night show using quick and easy techniques. You will also get to watch the sun set over the iconic cityscape, and use the skills and techniques taught to capture fabulous photographs. This walk is about 500m-long and will last for approximately 1.5 hours.

At the Jewel Changi Airport photo walk, Apple’s creative team will show you how to take incredible photos of contemporary architecture as well as tropical gardens using Portrait and Panoramic modes with Live Photos. You’ll also learn how to compose a landscape shot with the Ultra Wide camera on iPhone. This walk is about 500m-long and will last for approximately 1.5 hours.

At this workshop, Apple’s creative team will show you how to adjust exposure, contrast, colour saturation and other photo editing capabilities to enhance your images. They’ll also show you how you can add filters, crop and explore with fun effects. Participants will be able to experiment with the latest iPhone.
