The Gucci Garden is a special collection of women’s clothing and accessories that Alessandro Michele has created exclusively for the brand’s digital store. It is not your typical garden. Instead it is filled with symbols of flora, fauna, snakes, birds and several insects (notably, Gucci’s signature motif: the king bee) – chosen tokens from mother nature that inspired the collection.
Michele has also designed a vibrant “pattern set” that is unique to the Gucci Garden. The print serves as the centrepiece of the collection, and it is only offered on key styles that goes into the new Gucci woman’s wardrobe: a pleated ankle-length dress, a long-sleeve shirt with a scarf, a long and a short pleated skirt and ‘70s-style shorts.
