Often booked out for months in advance, this long-standing establishment has been awarded one Michelin star and consistently ranks as one of Asia’s top 50 restaurants. Serving up classic Cantonese cuisine for over a decade now, the eatery is popular with both visitors and locals alike – try the steamed flowery crab, a prized delicacy from the South China Sea which has proven to be a forever favourite, or the whole pig’s head, conceived in collaboration with Korean restaurant Hansik Goo.
