The Spice Girls Bring Back Girl Power With Lots Of Sparkle

Following the Spice Girls' reunion at the 2012 Summer Olympics closing ceremony in London, the iconic group are back for their highly-anticipated Spice World Reunion Tour with lots of sparkle—100 costumes with a total of one million Swarovski crystals, to be exact.

Costume Designer Gabriella Slade has reimagined and amplified the Spice Girls' 90s signature styles for their sold out UK and Ireland stadium tour. The elevated looks, painstakingly hand-embellished with Swarovski crystals and pearls, capture the heart of each Spice Girl—think a shimmering pink mini dress for Baby (Emma Bunton); a sparkling Union Jack gown for Ginger (Geri Halliwell); a glittering animal-print jumpsuit for Scary (Melanie Brown); and a shining Olympian outfit for Sporty (Melanie Chisholm).

While Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham) is not on tour with the remaining Spice Girls members, she took to Instagram to send her former band-mates her best wishes just before the tour. #FriendshipNeverEnds.

Spice World – 2019 Tour commenced on May 24 in Dublin and will conclude on June 15 in London.
