Chanel's Watches and Jewellery Boutique Reopens At Takashimaya Shopping Centre

When it comes to accessories and timepieces, no one does it quite like CHANEL, and the newly reopened CHANEL Watches and Jewellery boutique at Takashimaya Shopping Centre is all the proof we need.
The impressive array of high and fine jewellery and watches from the Coco Crush, Comète, J12 lines and beyond are housed in the redesigned space by New York-based architect Peter Marino, which meticulously combines the timeless codes of the Maison with a modern edge.

Coromandel screens beloved by Mademoiselle Chanel are heavily referenced throughout the space from decor to feature walls, with nooks where the stunning jewels can be marvelled at.
Incorporating the Maison’s colour codes of white, black, beige, red and gold, the diamond chandelier acts as the centrepiece for the boutique, drawing the attention of guests as they walk through the doors, illuminating the space filled with luxurious upholstery resembling the iconic tweed.

The lounge provides a warm atmosphere for clients to admire the watches and jewellery up close and personal, as well as the rest of the unique decor, including the pair of Tweed lamps by Delos & Ubeido, a commissioned artwork by contemporary Korean artist Minjung Kim and a sculptural Volumetric chair by Voukenas Petrides.

Of course, a VIP salon is a must. The secret doors just to the left of the lounge open up to ornate antique desks and more Coromandel screens depicting mythical motifs, inlaid with mother-of-pearl – creating an unforgettable shopping experience for all clients.
