Franck Muller’s Master Banker has a name that befits its confident size. Measuring at 50.3mm lengthwise and a generous girth to match, this shapely tonneau (or Cintrée Curvex, in Franck Muller speak) number is definitely not for weak wrists. Instead, it’s made for a strong personality who is able to command the attention of a room at any single time. First introduced in 1995, this year’s 20th anniversary edition sees the watch turn heads with a guilloche dial that’s subtly adorned with a world map—all the better to showcase its three time zones (a function that no self-respecting banker would deny). But what truly makes the master Banker Index Map a winner for us this the streamlined ability to control all time functions through its crown. Strap this baby on and you’ll go from wallpaper to queen of Wall Street in a microsecond.
