Gucci Appoints Chris Lee As Its Asian Ambassador
She joins English songstress, Florence Welch as the face of the timepieces and jewellery collection
Distinguished Chinese singer and actress, Chris Lee is Gucci’s latest ambassador for timepieces and jewellery in Asia.
In the campaign shot by Colin Dodgson, Lee is decked out in head-to-toe Gucci, with the Maison’s timepieces and jewellery pieces taking centre stage. Two watches are featured, namely the GG2570 and the G-Timeless automatic. The former is named after Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s lucky number 25 and Gucci’s prime decade, the 70’s. The latter is embellished with decorative detailing that is now familiar with the Italian brand. In other shots from the campaign, Lee wears pieces from the updated Icon Fine Jewellery collection, refreshed with miniature flower and leaf motifs added to the collection’s engraved ‘G’ motif.
