Fairy tales and nursery rhymes are the stuff that Swatch’s latest watch collection is made of. Named Es War Einmal (or Once upon a Time in German), the fun, quirky collection bears graphic design motifs that recall Queen of Hearts, the Tweedles and the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. Less obvious yet no less clever are graphics that hint at Pinocchio, Dracula and even Batman. It’s a collection to bring out your inner child.
