Anne Hathaway Says Having A Baby Made Her More Confident

Anne Hathaway is not one to subscribe to all that "post-baby body" BS. On an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show the new mom, who gave birth to son Jonathan just eight weeks ago, talks about heading back to the gym and how she now feels "a lot more confident."

She works out in West Hollywood, where she claims the gyms are full of folks who look like Thor's trainer and "people who have too many muscles to be in The Avengers."Anne admits that'd typically intimidate her but now, "I walk in, I'm like, yeah, I work out with five-pound weights, but I pushed a baby out of my body so I feel good right now!" she says, "So I don't care what I look like, I feel great!"

She also jokes about the only acceptable thing you can say to a new mom: "Which is 'Oh my God. You look great! Doesn't matter if it's true. If somebody says I had a baby 13 years ago you say you look great!'" and goes on to tell a story about thinking a trainer was hitting on her–and what actually happened:
