It's All Fun And Play With iTheatre's New Musical 'The Ant And The Grasshopper'!

The beauty of a fable is in its evergreen lessons and relatability no matter the age, something that iTheatre knows so well. For its 2017 production, the theatre company is bringing one of Aesop's most beloved fables, The Ant and the Grasshopper, to the stage again after a sell-out show in 2014.

While everyone knows about the age old story of the hardworking ant and the idle grasshopper, the immensely popular production raises parallels to our own society while keeping it fun and merry for the whole family. Exploring the themes of friendship, balancing leisure and work, and generosity, among others, immerse yourself in the show's fast-paced and interactive performance that promises to keep the entire family engaged right till the end.

Written and directed by iTheatre’s Artistic Director Brian Seward, and with music composed and arranged by Julian Wong, you and your young ones will dance the afternoon away with the colourful characters on stage to catchy songs that will stay in your mind long after the curtains come down.
