After giving birth to her first child, Dusty Rose, at the end of September, new mom Behati Prinsloo finally took time to relax after her first three weeks of motherhood. The Victoria’s Secret Angel gave her followers an update on Instagram last night and treated herself to a girls’ night in.
“After 3 weeks of breastfeeding every 3 hours, no sleep and nursing my nipples back to life lol, I left the house to see my girls for dinner,” she captioned a photo of her getting dressed in the closet, wearing a cozy Alexander Wang sweater, newsboy cap and Adidas sneakers. “Life is so beautiful, can’t believe how lucky I got,” she added.
Prinsloo is not afraid to open up about her being a first-time parent, and neither is her husband Adam Levine. Last week, the Maroon 5 singer revealed how he’s adjusting to his new role as a dad.
“I’ve been a parent for three weeks; what do I know?” he told Ryan Seacrest on the radio. “I don’t know anything, but it’s kind of part of the beauty of it, honestly. There are a lot of instincts, a lot of things that kind of kick in and switch on. It’s a beautiful experience.”
