After watching her struggle for month to conceive a second child, we got some incredible news on the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians: Kim Kardashian is pregnant! She and husband Kanye West are expecting a second child—their daughter, current cutest tot alive, North, turns 2 on 15 June—which means we have a zillion new baby instas to look forward to!
Just how pregnant she is is unclear—the show is, of course, filmed in advance, so she has to be several weeks along, but those tricksters have certainly kept the news under wraps. Just last week a report surfaced that the Wests were looking into the possibility of using a surrogate, but all the while Kim is expecting.
“I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!” she says to Khloe in a promo teasing the second half of the season:
