Royal siblings Prince George, 3, and Princess Charlotte, 1, have been relatively missing in action during the royal family's Canadian tour while their mom (who's sporting a serious wardrobe) and dad attend state dinners, museum tours and nature hikes. But today, they finally made an appearance for a very important reason—a party.
