We did not give Prince George enough credit for scene-stealing at a polo match with the royal family. Sure, all eyes were on the younger royal babies like his cousin, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, and brother, Prince Louis, but we can’t deny that the third in the line to throne was a real treat at the gathering.
Sporting a green polo shirt, camo shorts, and navy sneakers, the royal five-year-old was properly dressed for the outdoor summer event. Along with brother Louis, he accompanied his sister, Princess Charlotte, at the match to support their dad, Prince William, as he took the field. Their mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, watched over them as they looked on from the sidelines.

Watching your father play polo can only do so much for a five-year-old’s attention span, but Prince George knew how to keep himself entertained. At one point, he picked up a polo mallet himself and made some faces with it.
Do we have the next Nacho Figueras on our hands? We wouldn’t be surprised.

Ultimately, his mother Kate Middleton stepped in and took the mallet away from him.

When playing pretend polo was out of the question, George and Charlotte resorted to soccer. The siblings were spotted running around and kicking a ball across the grass to pass the time.

George’s best moments might’ve been when he had some down time with his siblings and mom by the car. While his brother and sister were seen lounging and enjoying some snacks, he was spotted wriggling over the back seat of the vehicle and standing in the trunk.
