A first-ever immersive café concept held at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, the event presents 10 cafes and eateries from across the globe. From now till 1st September, be prepared to taste some of the best coffee as well as mouth-watering brunch food and desserts.
Three themes anchor the event, with first being ‘Brew’ where it features a selection of four renowned coffee and one craft tea concept cafes. Then comes ‘Brunch’, a showcase of three highly-raved cafes with impeccable food. Lastly, ‘Bakes & Cakes’, where you will find two of Australia’s most well-loved pastry and dessert stores.
For those who enjoy café hopping in Singapore, imagine this as an all in one venue café hopping experience where you will be able to try coffee and food from Australia, China, Indonesia, Copenhagen and Thailand. These 10 cafes have been handpicked from across major cities with thriving cafe cultures to bring you some of the best in the café scene.
Here are the 10 must try items at Café Culture 2019.
An espresso mousse with salted caramel, brownie, hazelnut and chocolate glaze. It is as delicious at it looks.
All the way from Bali, Indonesia, expect mouth watering and juicy pulled pork that will melt in your mouth.
The coffee soft serve is made with their own espresso blend and is topped with freshly grounded beans, creating an intense flavour. Perfect for a hot day!

Bringing an authentic Melbournian cafe experience to Singapore, the Brioche French Toast from Auction Rooms is the ultimate brunch food that will go perfectly with a good cup of coffee.
Creamy, hearty and full of flavour, this is one dish not to be missed by Roast, a cafe from Bangkok that will be setting up shop at this year’s Cafe Culture.
