3 Luxuriously Unique Restaurants In Singapore

Wine and dine in style in the plushest places in town

Restaurants

Ranking as one of the richest countries in the world, you can be sure that Singapore knows how to appreciate the finer things in life. Chock full of upscale eateries that pair decadent food with a grand atmosphere, there are numerous places you can turn to for an unforgettable night of pampering and glamour. So whether you're looking for the perfect spot for a special dinner or just an all-out celebration, we pick the crème de la crème of the local fine dining scene— and trust us, each place will stun you with its out-of-this-world atmosphere and culinary prowess.

Orgo at the Esplanade

Orgo is a great place to wind down at the end of a long day. Conveniently located in the Esplanade, patrons often flock to this French bar cum restaurant after a night of revelling in the rich arts scene Singapore has to offer. The breezy rooftop location makes it an ideal spot to sip on some unique house blends (the pomelo and basil salt margarita is definitely worth a shot) and drink in the iridescent beauty that is the Singapore skyline at night.

Aura at the National Gallery

It might be the new kid on the block but Aura’s sophisticated atmosphere and elegantly plated dishes place it on par with its more seasoned peers. The restaurant boasts a sky lounge with a salad bar and one of the most pocket-friendly high tea sets in Singapore. If that isn’t enough to tempt even the most sceptical among us, their tantalizing list of rich appetizers and homemade pastas should do the trick.

Forest at Resorts World Sentosa

If you’re in the mood for flavours that are slightly closer to home but still want a taste of the fine dining experience, Forest has you covered. Nestled in the Equarius Hotel in Resorts World Sentosa, the restaurant specialises in Chinese cuisine, cooked up by celebrity chef Sam Leong, the expertly crafted dishes visible through their “theatre kitchen”. Coupled with soft lighting, pale wood décor and towering tree-shaped structures that give the restaurant its name, we couldn’t ask for a more impressive setting.
