Adele silenced any critics as she headlined Glastonbury on Saturday night with an emotional and powerful performance – and it wasn’t just her voice that impressed. The singer wore a beautiful bespoke Chloé dress that nearly everyone in the audience wanted to get their hands on.
The dress was a flute-sleeved floor-length gown, which was covered in intricate beading – a perfect choice for Glastonbury with its folky, 70s feel. Chloé’s creative director Clare Waight Keller posted a number of photos to Instagram where she described how proud she was of the singer choosing her label for the performance.
The atelier revealed that the dress took over 200 hours to make with so many buttons and shells hand embroidered onto the gown.
