Just in case Amal Clooney's outstanding career wasn't impressive enough, the civil rights lawyer has just released a 1,000-page legal text titled The Right to a Fair Trial in International Law.

Per PeopleAmal opened up about drafting the book, which she did while traveling the globe with her husband, George Clooney, as he worked on various movie sets.

"I know this process seemed interminable to him. Especially since I was always so sure that this was 'the very last drafting session,' over and over again!" said Amal during the virtual book launch event. "The book drafting took place at all his filming locations and throughout the process."

"I think he's watching this downstairs in the kitchen, so I just want to say 'thank you.' For my side, I can promise for the sake of our marriage that I will never do this again!"
