Helmed by executive chef Victor Loy, the refined and cosy establishment offers unconventional sharing plates and premium meats sourced exclusively from award-winning producers in Australia, Spain and the US. This Mother’s Day, chef Loy nods to the Danish film, Babette’s Feast, in which the protagonist Babette spends her lottery winnings on preparing a dinner for a village. From 5-7 May, indulge in Babette’s Blinis—buckwheat pancakes served on a silver platter with Amur caviar, finely chopped chives, shallots, grated eggs and crème fraiche; pan-roasted Norwegian scallops served with sweet peas and onions; Beouf a la Ficele—a luxe iteration of the French beef stew—where Tri-Tip steak is poached in mushroom and veal stock, then finished on a charcoal grill; and Red Velvet Eton Mess for a rich, sweet ending to the celebratory meal.
Meadesmoore’s Mother’s Day menu is priced at $118++ per pax, with a minimum of 2 pax to dine. Wine pairing is available at an additional $40 per pax.
