Beyoncé has resumed one of her annual red-carpet traditions.
The superstar attended the WACO Theater Center‘s Wearable Art Gala last night, where she supported her mother and stepfather, Tina Knowles-Lawson and Richard Lawson, as the center celebrated its fifth anniversary. This year’s theme celebrated the fashion of 1920s-1950s Harlem, and Bey’s elegant look combined pin-up glamour with a subtle Texas twang.

The bust of the strapless dress was covered in black and white sequins, with two silver star decorations evoking the Texas flag. She paired the gown with hot pink satin opera gloves by the Italian house, which ballooned out in oversized cuffs at the forearm.
