Beyoncé made a stylish trip to the ballet last week.

The superstar attended the New York City Ballet Fall Fashion Gala Wednesday night at NYC’s David H. Koch Theater, where she celebrated the world premiere of her sister Solange‘s original composition “Play Time.” For the show, where Beyoncé and her mother Tina Knowles accompanied the composer, the “Break My Soul” singer wore an elegant custom suit by Sergio Hudson, comprised of flare-leg trousers and a tailored blazer with a snatched waist and red lining at the neckline.

She paired the suit with a matching full-length, satin-lined coat, finishing the look with a statement necklace made of cascading diamonds and other jewelry including sparkling stud earring and several diamond rings. The star also wore her hair straight with a middle part, along with a natural-glam makeup look.

On the Saturday following the show, Bey shared a slideshow featuring behind-the-scenes pics of the event, soundtracked by an Amorphous mashup of her track “Plastic on the Sofa” and Solange’s “Cranes in the Sky.” In addition to the suit look, the star also posed for some pics in a variation of her iconic bodysuits. She styled the suit, which featured blazer lapels, padded shoulders, and oversized sleeves, with opaque black tights and shiny block-heeled booties.

The star also kept the impressive diamond choker for the bodysuit look, adding a pair of futuristic cat-eye sunglasses.

In addition to the slideshow, the proud older sister also shared a sweet message congratulating Solange on her history-making collaboration, along with a pic of the “Almeda” singer smiling and holding two bouquets of roses.

“My beloved sister, there are no words to express the pride and admiration I have for you. You are a visionary and one of one. Congratulations on being the first African American woman to compose for the New York City Ballet. The piece you composed is phenomenal. I love you deep,” she wrote.

Beyoncé concluded the emotional caption by quoting a line from her song “Cozy,” “Might I suggest you don’t f*** with my sis.”
