Blake Lively Trolls Ryan Reynolds About His Birthday Post for Their Dog
The sweet pup definitely seems to hold a special place in the actor's heart
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds regularly troll one another on social media. This weekend, Lively had some thoughts about Reynolds' birthday post for their dog, particularly as the actor didn't post a tribute to his wife on her special day this year.

Sharing two sweet photos of the pup, Reynolds wrote, "Happy Birthday, Bax. I’d bake you a cake, but it would kill you. Not because you’re a dog. Everything I bake is poison. If I had to go to war, I’d just bring a toaster oven." To show the intensity of his love for Bax, Reynolds even appeared to be kissing the dog's face in one of the snaps.
Understandably, Lively commented, "This is almost as sweet as the birthday post you did for me this year," to which Reynolds quipped back, "I baked you a cake."

Although Reynolds didn't share a birthday post for Lively in 2020, he did help the Gossip Girl star celebrate at home with a birthday cake and biceps. At the time, Lively seemed pretty happy about her birthday surprise from Reynolds, and captioned a photo of his muscly arms, "Happy Birthday To Me." However, it certainly seems as though Bax holds an extra special place in the Deadpool actor's heart.
