The Cambridges are hunkering down as the United Kingdom continues to combat the coronavirus crisis.

Since Prime Minister Boris Johnson has enforced a lockdown of England in an effort to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus, the royal family is following government instruction to stay at home and self-quarantine.

Reportedly, Prince William and Duchess Kate have chosen to reside at their Anmer Hall country estate in Sandringham rather than their usual residence of Kensington Palace. Per People, the estate was a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth, William's grandmother, and is often where the royal couple resides with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, during breaks from school.

William's father, Prince Charles, is currently residing at Birkhall—his Balmoral estate in Scotland—with his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. It was confirmed today that Charles has indeed contracted COVID-19 and will remain in self-isolation for the next two weeks. Doctors have stated, however, that the heir to the throne "remains in good health."

As for the queen, the 93-year-old-monarch is currently at Windsor Castle with her husband, Prince Philip, as she heeds precaution concerning the global pandemic.
