Cardi B Rang In Her 28th Birthday With A Star-Studded Affair In Las Vegas

Cardi B is always ready for a party—pandemic or not.

The "WAP" rapper took to Instagram over the weekend to share videos and snapshots from her lavish 28th birthday celebration. Per E! News, high-profile guests such as Kylie Jenner, Megan Thee Stallion, The Weeknd, and even Cardi's estranged husband, Offset, were in attendance.

The event took place at AREA 15 in Las Vegas and was Sahara Desert themed, complete with real-life camels and a live marching band playing "WAP" to add to the party's ambience.

For her birthday look, Cardi wore a gold-and-ivory body-skimming gown, courtesy of Lena Barisha, and paired it with dangling crystal earrings by Gismondi 1754 Jewelry.

"28....Thank you for all the love ...," wrote Cardi alongside her outfit reveal.

"The Weeknd had his own table and Teyana Taylor was seated there with him. Kylie Jenner arrived with a small group of friends and was incredibly friendly and social with all the party guests who were excited to meet her," a source told E!

Though Offset, Cardi's ex from whom she just filed for divorce, was there—and gifted her a Rolls-Royce for the occasion—the source added that a night full of flirty banter didn't mean the pair were back together.

"Cardi will always have a place in her heart for Offset. It was a great night, and she loves that he is trying but she definitely has her guard up," said the source. "He went along with the divorce because he felt he had no choice but he absolutely does not want to split with Cardi. He has been doing anything everything to beg for her back. She is still considering divorce."
