The model took to Instagram today to announce that she's expecting her second child with her husband, Justin Ervin. Graham shared the big baby news by posting a gorgeous maternity portrait captured by her spouse, featuring the model wearing just an oversized button-down blouse elegantly draped around her shoulders and showing off her growing bump. Graham posed in a lush green field of grass under a sky filled with grey clouds.

Graham's upcoming bundle of joy will make her firstborn, Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin, a big brother. The model marked Isaac's first birthday back in January on social media, sharing a touching, sentimental video recapping their first year together as mother and son.
