The only thing brighter than Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's love is her engagement ring.

To celebrate Asghari's upcoming birthday, the lovebirds headed to an unnamed tropical island destination together. On the flight over, the "Toxic" singer shared a video of her sparkling diamond engagement ring with Asghari seated across from her, kissing her hand.

"May the birthday celebrations begin for my wonderful fiancé," Spears captioned the sweet clip. "I love him so much ❤️ !!! My hero … my mentor … my rock … my bliss … my love ❤️ !!! I hope you get everything and more for your birthday 🎂 !!!"

In the comments, Asghari remarked on the unconventional placement of her engagement ring. "It's on the right hand because we don't follow rules! ❤️," he wrote. He also reflected on their "bougie" plane experience, adding, "Also not use to this bougie ass coffee ☕️ I like the economy seats much better 😂."

Spears subsequently posted another photo of her engagement ring from the flight, this time showing a snap of her palm open flat and holding a tiny apple.

Asghari shared a glimpse into their romantic holiday, as well. On Instagram, he posted a video of the two affectionately holding each other in a pool surrounded by palm trees while music played in the background.

"Island love 🏝 with the lioness @britneyspears," he captioned the clip.

The couple, who announced their engagement last September, have been dating since they met on the set of Spears's music video for "Slumber Party" in 2016. Asghari even stood by Spears during her highly publicized battle to end her 13-year-long conservatorship.

"This man has been with me through it all," Spears wrote of her fiancé in a recent Valentine's Day tribute. "I don't know what I would do without him so I think I will keep him around a bit longer."
