Emma Stone Reportedly Has A New Boyfriend

Emma Stone is rumoured to have a new man in her life. The actress is reportedly dating Saturday Night Live writer Dave McCary, according to Page Six. People reports that they've been dating for at least three months and first met last year when the actress hosted the show.

Stone recently appeared on SNL as a surprise guest on 30 September, when Ryan Gosling hosted, and tagged along for the afterparty at Tao. She also hosted an episode last December, and appeared in a sketch with her then-boyfriend and Spider-Mancostar, Andrew Garfield, in 2014.

Stone and Garfield, a fan-favourite Hollywood couple, broke up in 2015, but they're still on friendly terms. The two often crossed paths during the most recent awards season when he was nominated for Hacksaw Ridge and she earned a nod for La La Land.

In interviews, Garfield also continues to voice his support for the actress. "I'm nothing but supportive and her biggest fan," he said of Stone earlier this month. In August it was reported that the pair was getting back together, but that seems less likely now.

The actress is the latest start to be romantically linked with an SNL member, following Ben Affleck, who's dating producer Lindsay Shookus, and Scarlett Johansson, who are rumoured to be dating "Weekend Update" host Colin Jost.

McCary has been with Saturday Night Live since 2014. Reps from the show didn't respond to Page Six's request for comment on his relationship with Stone.
