Kate Middleton may be out of the spotlight temporarily as she focuses on her health during her just-announced third pregnancy, but in the meantime, a new video of The Duchess of Cambridge speaking(!!) was released today. In it, KMidd introduces an animation created by the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families that’s designed to teach kids to be more open with their feelings.
“Mental health is how we feel and think,” the Duchess starts. “Things that can’t really be seen, but that affect us every day and talking about them can feel difficult.” The intro is brief and was shot in January, People points out.
