Kate Middleton, who is pregnant with her and Prince William's third child, is gradually making more public appearances after taking time off to heal from severe morning sickness. Today, the Duchess of Cambridge joined her husband and Prince Harry in a surprise appearance at Paddington Station in London, to meet with children "going on a very special journey," according to Kensington Palace.

The Duchess dressed in a baby pink dress with floral appliqués by Orla Kiely, with a belted waist and boat neckline. She toted a black twist lock clutch to match the outfit. And her baby bump made the slightest appearance:

At the station, the royal trio met with children who are "going through a difficult time in their lives." The young passengers were selected by Their Royal Highness' Charities Forum, the collection of organizations that Prince Harry, Prince William and Duchess Kate are patrons of. The Forum was established in 2006 and now consists of over 30 charities.

Today's event was done in part with BAFTA (of which Prince William is president) and its Kids program. The royals met with the cast and crew of Paddington Bear 2,who will join their guests on a train ride through the English countryside.
